Industrial Dehumidifier SCA 7000
When energy use, temperature control and humidity control are factors in your application, the SCA7000 is a package that satisfies your warm weather requirements. Food, pharmaceuticals, specialty manufacturing, even industrial paint shops, all require tight controls on temperature and humidity. Commercial buildings such as museums, hospitals and even schools have specified humidity and temperature requirements.
The Subcooled Air SCA7000 is a complete warm weather climate control package. Air supplied to the unit is cooled 40 degrees Fahrenheit to dry the air. If desired, the air can then be heated by 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit before being delivered to the work space. Supply air is controlled for both temperature and relative humidity. A high static blower delivers air through up to 500 feet of duct. Electric power savings can easily be 50% when compared to desiccant dehumidifiers. Moisture removal is twice that of desiccant dehumidifiers when inlet air is hot and humid.
Cold, dry air can now be heated to the 85 to 90 degree Fahrenheit range with condenser reheat. Typical air conditioners use power hungry electric heat strips. Condenser reheat provides warm, dry air without the power cost of electric heaters. Generator diesel fuel savings compared to using a 90kW electric heater is over $500.00 per day.
